Global Trainees from all over the world gather for one month in Argentina to learn about the company’s fundamentals and accelerate their professional development. The Induction Camp’s curriculum is made up of classroom lectures combined with case studies, group projects, interactive e-learning modules, visits to production facilities and other activities outside the classroom. More than 70 instructors, mostly Tenaris managers and directors, teach at the Induction Camp and the CEO participates once per session, taking questions from new recruits. External consultants and professors provide further instruction covering topics such as industry trends and management skills.
