Tenaris produces carbon-manganese and alloy steel feed-water tubes and pipes in a wide dimensional range.
Proven quality UNDER severe conditions
In the power plants, tubes and pipes are also used to transport fresh water and recovered condensed water into the boiler combustion chamber where it is transformed into steam to generate electricity. Tenaris feed-water tubes and pipes are manufactured with materials able to withstand high temperatures and high pressures. These materials must meet the most stringent technical requirements set by production process and inspection tests in order to guarantee their durability and reliability throughout their service life.
